EVOLUTION EW² Pool is a dual-channel measurement and dosing control instrument with software dedicated to swimming pool applications. It measures via two inputs configurable for pH electrode, ORP electrode, or amperometric sensor, alongside a Pt100/Pt1000 input with automatic sensor recognition for temperature measurement and compensation.

The interface uses a large RGB backlit display (colour changes with instrument status) and four multifunction softkeys, with three-level, password-protected configuration.

Key features

  • Each measurement channel has: 1 output to control a dosing pump (configurable On-Off / PWM / PFM), 1 analog 0/4-20 mA output (adjustment or signal repetition), and 1 level sensor input (one or two stage)
  • Input for sample water flow control, and a pause digital input to disable all outputs
  • Two additional outputs for driving flocculant and anti-algae dosing pumps
  • "EcoMode" function to reduce dosing and save chemicals, controllable by external contact or timer
  • Internal RTC for time-schedule setting and date/time data labelling
  • USB port for configuration, data download and system upgrades
  • RS485 serial port with Modbus RTU protocol; optional connectivity via STEIEL's SteieLynx gateway
  • Compatible with STEIEL's patented easy+fix system for compact sensor-holder assembly on the instrument case

  • pH/ORP – indirect chlorine determination via ORP (mV) readings
  • pH/CAC – direct chlorine measurement in ppm, with membrane amperometric probe
  • pH/CLE – direct chlorine measurement in ppm, with Cu/Pt amperometric cell
