Recumbent aquabike with resistance adjustment, built for shallow pools.

• Designed to make training easier for those with lower back issues, or who need to progressively build up lower body strength.
• The resistance system, designed by the R&D Centre for greater smoothness and durability, allows you to change the intensity without interrupting the exercise.
• Great for everybody and a full body workout, since the reclined position engages the arms too and allows near full immersion of the torso, which isn't possible on an upright bike.
• Also suited to rehabilitation circuits and protocols.
• Resistive polyethylene pedal, designed to make pedalling smoother and more effective.

Choosing the right suction cup

The suction cup is matched to how smooth or textured your pool surface is, not simply whether it's a liner or tiled pool. A smooth vinyl liner and a smooth ceramic tile both take the same cup; a mosaic or textured surface needs the other.

• Transparent: recommended for smooth pool surfaces (smooth PVC, smooth ceramic tile, etc.)
• Blue: recommended for semi-rough or irregular surfaces (mosaic, textured stainless steel, rough ceramic, rough PVC, etc.)
